ANNOUNCEMENT OF 2018 HOLIDAYS (HUNG KINGS COMMEMORATION, LIBERATION DAY AND INTERNATIONAL LABOR DAY)

Dear valued Customers,

Transimex Corporation would like to thank you for your cooperation and support so far.

To ensure providing the best services to the shipping carriers, customers in the holidays, Transimex Corporation sincerely announces the working plan at ICD Transimex as follows:

Holiday period:

Hung Kings Commemoration: April 25^th, 2018.
Liberation Day and International Labor Day: From April 30^th, 2018 to the end of May 1^st, 2018.

Working regulations:

During the holiday period, ICD Transimex still serves services such as handling cargos for import/ export, lifting off the container of cargo for export services and lifting on/ off the empty containers as usual. For other services, ICD implements the working time under the general regulations of Vietnam.
Some special cases need to be done during the holiday period mentioned above, please notify us no later than April 23^rd, 2018 for Hung Kings Commemoration and April 27^th, 2018 for Liberation Day and International Labor Day. We will consider and have a plan to solve each specific case.

Free storage charges policy:

To support the shipping carriers/ shipping agents and customers, except the time of free storage charge that is specified in the contract and the current tariffs of the port, ICD Transimex will extend the free time of storage at CFS warehouse and container yard for all the cargos and containers during the holidays.
In addition, the free time of storage mentioned above is not included in the cumulative time to calculate the charges for the service related to containers.
