To meet the requirements of business development and expansion, we are recruiting the following positions:
- JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist the Sales team in creating price lists for all kinds of services, as well as in the sales process itself
- Customer care before, during and after providing services
- Support the Sales team in making weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue and profit reports
- Research and learn information surrounding the logistics and supply chain market, competing businesses, etc.
- Assist the Sales team in arranging appointments with and meeting customers
- Prepare, construct and deploy reporting forms for the Sales & Marketing department under their guidance
- Run and manage promotional and social network campaigns, e.g. LinkedIn, exhibition events and conferences
- Coordinate with departments concerned with customer services and contracts
- CAPACITY REQUIREMENTS AND DEMANDS
- Gender: Male/Female
- Age range: 25-35
- Education: Associate’s degree or higher qualifications in Business Management, Logistics, Marketing, Imports and Exports, or any other relevant fields
- At least 2 years of work experience in quotations and customer support in the fields of Logistics and Imports & Exports.
- Possession of the following skills: Work planning and management (ability to plan and set productivity quotas daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually, as well as closely monitoring progress in executing said plans to adjust accordingly); Problem solving (ability to proactively propose solutions to problems in a timely, effective, realistic manner); Information analysis and processing (ability to evaluate a problem or situation based on own identification and an objective analysis of relevant info); Communication (Fluent verbal and written language articulation, with an ability to persuade and negotiate).

- Salary: Competitive
- Working hours: 7:30 - 11:30 (Morning); 13:00 - 17:00 (Afternoon). Monday to Saturday.
- Specific salary negotiable based on work efficacy + holiday bonuses + thirteenth salary + Annual vacation/travel

- JOB DESCRIPTION
- Find and interview prospective clients seeking Logistics services and introduce them to Transimex services, such as air shipping, marine shipping (LCL and FCL). warehousing, customs declarations, and domestic transport.
- Make quotations, track and handle shipments, negotiate terms and draft contracts according to negotiations agreed upon with customers.
- Be responsible for debt collection and resolving any problems that may arise after goods are shipped. Coordinate with operational departments to address customer demands, inquiries and complaints
- Provide customer care with the goal of building rapport with customers
- Search for potential new customers
- Stay updated on logistics market trends to develop future plans of action for business development and expansion
- Report completed tasks to management and take on additional tasks.
- Workplace: Transimex Đà Nẵng Branch: 184 Trần Phú St.,Phước Ninh Ward, Hải Châu District, Đà Nẵng.
- CAPACITY REQUIREMENTS AND DEMANDS
- Gender: Male/Female
- Age range: 25-40
- Education: Associate’s degree or higher qualifications in Foreign Trade, International Business, Logistics, Business Management, Marketing, or any other relevant fields
- At least 2 years of work experience in sales of logistics services.
- Possession of the following skills: Information collation and synthesis; time management, problem solving, good social/interpersonal skills.
- Be engaged, have a growth mindset and be curious.
- Conversational fluency in English.

- Salary: Competitive. Attractive commission under Sales department policy
- Working hours: 7:30 - 11:30 (Morning); 13:00 - 17:00 (Afternoon). Monday to Saturday.
