Firstly, Transimex Corporation would like to express our sincerely thanks to you for your kind co-operation and supports given to us so far.

To ensure providing the best services to the shipping carriers, customers in the holiday, Transimex Corporation sincerely announces the working plan at ICD Transimex as follows:

1. Holiday Period:

-     One (01) day: 02^nd September, 2019

-     We will be back to work from 03^rd  September, 2019

2. Working Regulation:

-     During the holiday period, ICD Transimex still serves the handling cargos for import/export, lift off the container of cargo for export services and lift on/off the empty containers as usual. For other services, ICD implements the working time under the general regulation of Vietnam.

-     In the special cases need to be done during the holiday period that is mentioned above, please notify us no later than August 28^th, 2019. We will consider and have a plan to solve for each specific case.

3. Free Storage Charges Policy:

-     To support the shipping carriers/Shipping agents and customers, except the time of free storage charge that is specified in the contract and the current tariffs of the port. ICD-Transimex will extend the free time of storage at CFS warehouse and container yard for all the cargos and containers during the holiday.

-     In addition, the free time of storage that mentioned above is not included in the cumulative time to calculate the charges for the service related to containers. 

Transimex sincerely announces to the valued shipping carriers, shipping agents and customers the working time of ICD- Transimex during the holiday in order to be flexible in the work arrangements.
