Holiday schedule on Calendar New Year and Lunar New Year

Transimex Corporation gratefully appreciate for your great cooperation and support.

In order to ensure providing the best services to the shipping carriers/agents and customers during the holidays, we would like to announce to you on our working plan at ICD Transimex, specifically as following:

1. Holiday period:

• New Year: Monday, Jan 1^st 2018. Normal operation will resume on Tuesday, Jan 2^nd 2018.
• Vietnamese New Year: from Wednesday, Feb 14^th 2018 to Tuesday, Mar 20^th 2018. From Wednesday, Feb 21^st 2018, Transimex will resume to operation as normal.

2. Working regulation at ICD Transimex:

• During the Holiday period, ICD Transimex still serves the handling cargos for import/export, lifting off the container of cargo for export services and lifting on/off the empty containers as usual. For the other services, ICD implements the working time under the general regulation of Vietnam.
• In any special cases required to be done during the above holiday period, please notify us no later than Feb 12^nd 2018. We will consider and have a plan to solve each specific case.

3. Free storage policy:

• In order to support the shipping carriers/Shipping agents and customers, beside the time of free storage that is specified in the contract and the current tariff of port, ICD-Transimex will extend the free time of storage at CFS warehouse and container yard for all the cargos and containers during the holiday.
• In addition, the free time of storage that mentioned above is not included in the cumulative time to calculate the charges for the service related to containers.
