Transimex Corporation Organizes 2019 Employee Conference

Attending the conference were Mr. Pham Manh Tien - Vice Chairman of Satra Trade Union, Single Member Limited Liability Company, the Board of Directors of the Company and 209 delegates who are officers and employees of Transimex Corporation and member companies.

At the conference, the delegates heard reports on the results of the performance of the tasks in 2018 and the business plan for 2019, the report on the implementation of the Labor Code and the 2018 Collective Labor Agreement. and Report on conference results at the grassroots level.

Representative of the Chairman of the delegation, Mr. Le Duy Hiep, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director of the Company has satisfactorily answered the questions and recommendations raised at the Conference.

At the conference, Mr. Le Duy Hiep acknowledged and praised all employees for their contribution in exceeding the 2018 business plan, and urged each employee to improve labor productivity and focus more on promoting Transimex's image. He also asked the Trade Union to actively organize emulation movements and sports events throughout the Company.

The conference adopted the conference documents, the revised collective labor agreement and revised company rules.

The meeting elected members for the labor collective to participate in the periodical dialogue in 2019, the list of elected individuals was as follows:

2. Mr. Vo Thanh Dong - Specialist of Human Resources Administration
3. Ms. Pham Thi Duyen Moi - Deputy Manager of Sales & Marketing Department of the Company.
4. Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Lien - Head of Dongjin Representative Office
5. Mr. Tu Vi Tri - Specialist of Finance Department

At the Conference, Mr. Pham Manh Tien, Vice Chairman of Satra Trade Union congratulated Transimex Corporation on the achievements in 2018, and time praised the leaders of Transimex for well implemented employee regimes and policies, transparency of business situations and employee's incomes, improvement of working environment, helping business activities at the Company to grow everyday.

After over 3 hours of serious and efficient work, the 2019 Employee Conference of the Company was a great success.
