Transimex Corporation successfully organizes the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of 2018-2019

On April 27, 2019, Transimex Corporation successfully organized the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2018-2019, on the 3rd floor, Sheraton Saigon Hotel, 88 Dong Khoi, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, City. Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

At the meeting, the Board of Directors of Transimex Joint Stock Company reported to the General Meeting of Shareholders the following reports: Report of the Board of Directors; Business results in 2018 and approval of the business activities plan in 2019; Report of Supervisory Board, Election of Members. The Board of Directors replaced the resigned members and approved a number of related papers.

All contents of the meeting were passed with a high percentage of votes, showing the consensus as well as the trust of Shareholders in Transimex Corporation.
