Transimex Joint Stock Company successfully hosts the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

On April 28, 2022, at Sofitel Saigon Hotel, 17 Lê Duẩn Street, Bến Nghé, District 1, Hồ Chí Minh City, Transimex Joint Stock Company successfully hosted the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.

The Congress approved: Report from the Board of Directors for 2021 and plan for 2022; Report of the Supervisory Board for 2021; capital mobilization proposals for 2021-2022; addition of the Company's business lines; divestment of investment in the Joint Venture Company; amending and supplementing the Company's Charter of Organization and Internal Regulations on Administration; and a number of other contents.

All contents of the Congress were approved with a high voting rate, demonstrating the consensus, focus and trust of Shareholders in the Board of Directors of Transimex Joint Stock Company.
