Transimex - New recruit onboarding training for Q4/2023

On the morning of November 18, 2023, at the rooftop meeting room of TMS Building, 172 Hai Bà Trưng Street, Đa Kao Ward, District 1, Hồ Chí Minh City, Transimex Joint Stock Company began its Onboarding Training Workshop in preparation for Q4/2023 for new employees of the company and its subsidiaries. The course consisted of 2 sessions - the morning of November 18 and the morning of November 25, 2023 - and covered the following points:

1. The company's establishment, development and business operations:
   • The meaning behind the company logo;
   • General introductions;
   • The company’s establishment and development process, significant milestones, organizational structure, and information about the company's Board of Directors;
   • The corporate system of subsidiaries and affiliated companies;
   • Contact information of Transimex affiliated units;
   • The company's business activities and the types of services it offers;
   • Transimex’s community involvement.
2. Policies, regimes, labor regulations and labor contracts:
   • Labor policy; human resource development policy; welfare policy;
   • Compensation policy;
   • Labor regulations;
   • Labor contract.
3. Procedures for signing and approving application documents and labor contracts.
4. ISO 9001:2015 procedures.
5. The MBO evaluation form and implementation instructions.
6. How to draft and manage documents (official dispatches and reports, places to store and download documents, etc.).
7. Q&A session.

Department Chief of Human Resources Mr. Võ Thành Đồng and Department Deputy of Human Resources Ms. Lê Thị Hồng Yến were the workshop's two main hosts.
 

After session 1 (November 18, 2023), the new recruits had a better understanding of the Company's history of establishment and development, vision and mission, and core values, as well as a stronger grasp of the Company's fields of operations and services. New employees were also given the opportunity to interact across departments and obtain general information about Transimex's Subsidiaries and Associate Companies.

In session 2 (November 25, 2023), the new recruits expressed deep interest in and extensively discussed the contents of the Company's labor regulations, salary, bonus and welfare policies. Questions from new staff members were answered enthusiastically, clearly and completely by the lecturers. In addition, the contents of the Company's Processes, Regulations, ISO and MBO assessment forms - which are indispensable knowledge for new employees - were also covered comprehensively in the course.

The course was a success, and concluded with attendees proudly singing the company anthem: "Transimex Song - Simply Better".
