Transimex organized the Training Course "Development of Management Capacity for Managers"

To Transimex, the quality of human resources is an important and decisive factor to the success of enterprises. With the motto "raising leadership-leading to success", Transimex Corporation cooperated with PTI Entrepreneurship School to organize the "Development of Management Capacity for Managers ” from April 3, 2019 to May 15, 2019.

The course consisted of 5 topics: Monitoring and evaluating work efficiency; Coaching and mentoring staff; Presentation skills for management; Problem solving and decision skills; Building a job description as a manager.

With a team of leading experts and years of experience from PTI Entrepreneurship School, the course was filled with sharing methods of management, assessment, guidance and mentoring, presentation skills, creating influence, as well as experience in problem solving and decision making by a manager through lectures and experts sharing practical experiences.

The participants enthusiastically participated in discussions about the teaching content, especially the practical examples and issues in daily work that were analyzed and applied in the learning process, contributing to disassembling and rebuilding management, thereby building a team of employees to strive for common goals of the Company.

After the course, participants not only receive useful knowledge to apply in their work, but also have the opportunity to exchange and share among managers about experiences as well as solutions to learn from and understand each other better.

In the future, there will be many other courses not only for management but also courses for employees to build a quality human resources team to meet the development strategy of the Company as well as service needs of customers at a better standard.
