Transimex organizes the training course "Finance and accounting for non-professional managers"

 

To Transimex, the quality of human resources is an important determinant of the success of an enterprise. With an inclination towards professional management, the leadership of a business or the leadership of a department, division or sector in a business, it is impossible not to have knowledge of accounting and finance. This is considered a very important and necessary part of corporate governance.

Stemming from the needs described above, Transimex Corporation has cooperated with Smart Train - a leading training organization in the field of Finance and accounting training - to organize the training course "Finance and accounting for non-professional managers". The course duration was 03 days, consisting of 2 topics: Accounting for non-professional managers and Finance for non-professional managers. By taking the course, managers will become familiar with cost classification for effective cost management, break even point analysis, budget planning, reading and understanding financial statements, financial reporting analysis, short-term assets management, the value of money over time, investment appraisal to manage performance as well as calculate decisions based on financial data and management accounting.

After the course, participants gained the necessary knowledge and skills in finance and management accounting which can be applied to manage the business activities of the division or unit, effectively contributing to the company’s effective business plan.
