To meet the requirements of business development and expansion, we are recruiting the following positions:
- JOB DESCRIPTION
- Find and interview prospective clients seeking Logistics services and introduce them to Transimex services, such as air shipping, marine shipping (LCL and FCL). warehousing, customs declarations, and domestic transport.
- Make quotations, track and handle shipments, negotiate terms and draft contracts according to negotiations agreed upon with customers.
- Be responsible for debt collection and resolving any problems that may arise after goods are shipped. Coordinate with operational departments to address customer demands, inquiries and complaints
- Provide customer care with the goal of building rapport with customers
- Search for potential new customers
- Stay updated on logistics market trends to develop future plans of action for business development and expansion
- Report completed tasks to management and take on additional tasks.

- CAPACITY REQUIREMENTS AND DEMANDS

- At least 2 years of work experience in sales of logistics services.

Recently, Transimex Joint Stock Company has received notice about fraudulent entities impersonating the brand of Transimex Joint Stock Company (henceforth referred to in this statement simply as “Transimex”) to establish closed groups on Zalo and other platforms simulating fake recruitment processes, thereby extracting the personal information and banking details of the deceived participants.
Transimex affirms with certainty that Transimex does not engage in the following activities:
- WE DO NOT ESTABLISH CLOSED GROUPS FALSIFYING RECRUITMENT PROCESSES on any communication app or platform whatsoever;
- WE DO NOT CHARGE ANY FEES under any circumstances during recruitment;
- WE DO NOT SEND GIFTS OR PRIZES TO CANDIDATES NOR REQUEST that candidates supply their banking details to be sent prize money for partaking in the job application and ability assessment process;
- WE DO NOT ORGANIZE OR HOST recruitment and ability assessment processes online or any digital apps or platforms whatsoever.

- JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage and implement activities related to Labor Safety, Labor Hygiene, Fire and Explosion Prevention, and Health and Safety of the entire company system to ensure compliance with the regulations of Vietnamese Law.
- Develop annual action and budgeting plans for the aforementioned activities and submit them to the General Director for approval.
