• Find and interview prospective clients seeking Logistics services and introduce them to Transimex services, such as air shipping, marine shipping (LCL and FCL). warehousing, customs declarations, and domestic transport.
• Make quotations, track and handle shipments, negotiate terms and draft contracts according to negotiations agreed upon with customers.
• Be responsible for debt collection and resolving any problems that may arise after goods are shipped. Coordinate with operational departments to address customer demands, inquiries and complaints
• Provide customer care with the goal of building rapport with customers
• Search for potential new customers
• Stay updated on logistics market trends to develop future plans of action for business development and expansion
• Report completed tasks to management and take on additional tasks.

2. CAPACITY REQUIREMENTS AND DEMANDS

• Gender: Male/Female

• Education: Associate’s degree or higher qualifications in Foreign Trade, International Business,  Logistics,  Business Management, Marketing, or any other relevant  fields
• At least 2 years of work experience in sales of logistics services.
• Possession of the following skills:  Information collation and synthesis; time management, problem solving, good social/interpersonal skills.

• Conversational fluency in English.

3. SALARY AND WELFARE

• Salary: Competitive. Attractive commission under Sales department policy
• Working hours: 7:30 - 11:30 (Morning); 13:00 - 17:00 (Afternoon). Monday to Saturday.

Recently, Transimex Joint Stock Company has received notice about fraudulent entities impersonating the brand of Transimex Joint Stock Company (henceforth referred to in this statement simply as “Transimex”) to establish closed groups on Zalo and other platforms simulating fake recruitment processes, thereby extracting the personal information and banking details of the deceived participants.

Transimex affirms with certainty that Transimex does not engage in the following activities:

• WE DO NOT ESTABLISH CLOSED GROUPS FALSIFYING RECRUITMENT PROCESSES on any communication app or platform whatsoever;
• WE DO NOT CHARGE ANY FEES  under any circumstances during recruitment;
• WE DO NOT SEND GIFTS OR PRIZES TO CANDIDATES NOR REQUEST that candidates supply their banking details to be sent prize money for partaking in the job application and ability assessment process;
• WE DO NOT ORGANIZE OR HOST recruitment and ability assessment processes online or any digital apps or platforms whatsoever.

• Manage and implement activities related to Labor Safety, Labor Hygiene, Fire and Explosion Prevention, and Health and Safety of the entire company system to ensure compliance with the regulations of Vietnamese Law.
• Develop annual action and budgeting plans for the aforementioned activities and submit them to the General Director for approval.
• Coordinate with various units to monitor and check the safety of vehicles and equipment operating at the company's facilities.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to build and complete a system of processes, regulations, safety, health, and environmental standards that meets customer requirements and state regulations.

• Periodically organize and chair labor safety meetings, skills competitions, etc. with units to equip and disseminate new knowledge and regulations on labor safety and hygiene.
• Plan to host annual labor safety training.
• Use surveillance camera systems to monitor and detect labor safety violations for timely prevention and handling.
• Perform other tasks within the scope of work as assigned by management.
