Transimex hosts onboarding workshop for new employees in preparation for Q1/2024

 

On the mornings of May 11th and May 18th, 2024, Transimex Corp. held an onboarding workshop for new recruits of both the parent and subsidiary companies in preparation for Q1/2024, which took place at its headquarters at 172 Hai Bà Trưng St., Đa Kao Ward, D.1, TP. HCM. The workshop agenda consisted of the following main points:

- General introductions and a review of Transimex's establishment and development history, as well as its perspective and mission statement;

- The core services and capabilities of the Transimex corporate;

- The member companies under Transimex, particularly its subsidiaries, joint ventures and affiliates;

- A general report on the corporation's major annual activities;

- Labor, welfare and salary policies, as well as labor contracts and the competitive reward system;

- MBO, ISO standards and procedures, and points of note when archiving files and composing official correspondences & reports;

- A video tutorial on company etiquette, handshakes and business card exchanges;

- A Q&A session.

 

Department Chief of Human Resources Mr. Võ Thành Đồng and Department Deputy of Human Resources Ms. Lê Thị Hồng Yến were the workshop's two main hosts.
 

The workshop was a great success, providing the new recruits with a comprehensive overview of Transimex Corp. and its member companies, as well as its implemented customs and regulations. At the same time, it has facilitated a quick and efficient onboarding process for each and every new recruit, and empowered them to work productively and readily contribute their knowledge and experience towards the continued development of the company.
