Warning regarding websites fraudulently using the Transimex brand image

Recently, a number of individuals and companies have illicitly stolen and used the branding, web domain and trade name of Transimex and/or Transimex Logistics from our company website, causing confusion among customers and other viewers.

The theft - and fraudulent deception of our customers and the general public - surrounding these items, which have originated from, been used prior by and been registered for exclusive property rights protection under Transimex, thus constitute an infringement on our property rights as denoted and protected by law. As of now, Transimex continues, as before, to implement various measures to ensure protection of our intellectual property from individuals, companies and other outsider parties suspected or guilty of such infringements.
