WARNING REGARDING THE THEFT OF TRANSIMEX BRANDING WITH THE PURPOSE OF FRAUDULENT RECRUITMENT

Recently, Transimex Joint Stock Company has received notice about fraudulent entities impersonating the brand of Transimex Joint Stock Company (henceforth referred to in this statement simply as “Transimex”) to establish closed groups on Zalo and other platforms simulating fake recruitment processes, thereby extracting the personal information and banking details of the deceived participants.

Transimex affirms with certainty that Transimex does not engage in the following activities:

  • WE DO NOT ESTABLISH CLOSED GROUPS FALSIFYING RECRUITMENT PROCESSES on any communication app or platform whatsoever;
  • WE DO NOT CHARGE ANY FEES  under any circumstances during recruitment;
  • WE DO NOT SEND GIFTS OR PRIZES TO CANDIDATES NOR REQUEST that candidates supply their banking details to be sent prize money for partaking in the job application and ability assessment process;
  • WE DO NOT ORGANIZE OR HOST recruitment and ability assessment processes online or any digital apps or platforms whatsoever.

Prospective job applicants should navigate directly to the official company recruitment page for which the direct URL is written below, or review official and reputable job recruitment websites to learn more about Transimex’s publicly accessible recruitment procedure details, and avoid accessing links received by unverified sources or participating in any recruitment groups/processes they advertise.

Below  are some more things job candidates should note to protect themselves from being exploited by frauds:

  • In any instance you receive a call, message, mail etc. offering an interview, make sure you have handy methods of verification, especially using the company’s official contact channels (website, fanpage, hotline).
  • Avoid publicly divulging your personal information online.
  • If you encounter suspicious emails, such as requests for a deposit to ensure a spot in a recruitment process, for a fee to complete a task or transaction, for personal and banking information, etc. do not under ANY circumstances comply with such requests or supply any sensitive information.
  • Notify the actual company/business being impersonated so that they can act accordingly.
  • Implement appropriate protection and verification measures for all of your personal accounts, and do not allow unverified apps and platforms permission to access or track your activity.

We hope that this information is helpful for everyone to maintain a strong standard of personal safety against impersonators and frauds, who continue to devise increasingly creative methods of property theft.

Our sincere thanks!
