On 5th December 2019, Transimex signed co-operation agreement with Cholimex and Vinafreight to build Vinh Loc Logistics Center with capacity of 70,000 sqm general warehouse and cold storage equivalent to 130,000 pallet positions.

On November 30, 2019 at Tan Son Nhat Golf Course, Transimex Corporation held their 8th annual golf tournament with the participation of guests who are representatives of member companies, partners are shipping lines, airlines, and loyal customers of the Company.

On November 29, 2019, Transimex Corporation participated in the "TDTU JOBFAIR 2019" organized by Ton Duc Thang University. The program was attended by 7000 students, along with the participation of more than 80 multidisciplinary and multi-field businesses.

Transimex Corporation has received an Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Award 2019 (APEA 2019) by Enterprise Asia in the logistics industry. APEA is a regional award for outstanding entrepreneurship in business and industry and built on the idea of entrepreneurs continuing to innovate and sustain their leadership. Awards are presented on the basis of three elements: benchmarking against best practice, recognition of past and current efforts, and continued publicity and public attention.

On the morning of September 21, 2019, College of Technology in Ho Chi Minh City hosted the Career and Employment Fair of 2019 with the participation of nearly 20 enterprises.

The Tilog - Logistix 2019 exhibition, with the theme “TILOG-LOGISTIX 2019 - The Most Comprehensive Exhibition on Logistics Service Providers and Intralogistics Technologies & Solutions” by the Ministry of International Trade Promotion, Ministry of Trade of Thailand and Reed Tradex cooperates with the purpose of supporting the Thai logistics industry and promoting trade between Thailand and ASEAN countries. The event took place from the 28th to the 30th of August, 2019, in Bangkok, Thailand, attracting more than 400 businesses, from 25 countries around the world.

Summer vacation trips are one of the annual activities of the Company to boost employee morale and create conditions for employees to have a relaxing and entertaining time after working hard for the entire year. This year, with the approval of the Company's Board of Directors, the Company has cooperated with the Executive Board of the Trade Union to organize the 2019 vacation for 4 days and 3 nights at Phuket, Thailand's most paradisiacal resort.

On the morning of July 19, 2019, Transimex Corporation had the honor of welcoming Mr. Tran Luu Quang - Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee and the survey team. The logistics industry of Ho Chi Minh City led by Mr. Nguyen Phuong Dong - Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Trade of Ho Chi Minh City, visited and worked at ICD Transimex Port to serve the logistics development project of Ho Chi Minh City. By 2025, Ho Chi Minh City will be directed by the City People's Committee to implement.

On the morning of June 8, 2019 at TMS SHTP Hall - Lot BT, D2 Street, High-Tech Park, District 9, Ho Chi Minh City, Transimex Corporation held a training course on occupational safety and sanitation for employees. The content of the training program follows the training framework Decree No. 44/2016 / ND-CP dated May 15, 2016 of the Government detailing a number of articles of the Law on occupational safety and hygiene, and safety training.

On the morning of June 1, 2019 at Thong Nhat Hall Tennis Court, Transimex Corporation held the 2019 Friendly Exchange Tennis Tournament with a men's doubles competition. This tournament came together with the participation of 18 athletes, divided into 3 groups.

On the morning of 27 May, 2019, Transimex Corporation unveiled another inland waterway container ship, TRANSIMEX 38, at Transimex ICD Warehouse Center.

Attending the conference were Mr. Pham Manh Tien - Vice Chairman of Satra Trade Union, Single Member Limited Liability Company, the Board of Directors of the Company and 209 delegates who are officers and employees of Transimex Corporation and member companies.

On the morning of May 4, 2019 at Vinh Loc Industrial Park, the Festival was organized by Cho Lon Investment and Import Export Corporation (CHOLIMEX), a joint venture unit affiliated with Transimex Corporation.

To Transimex, the quality of human resources is an important and decisive factor to the success of enterprises. With the motto "raising leadership-leading to success", Transimex Corporation cooperated with PTI Entrepreneurship School to organize the "Development of Management Capacity for Managers ” from April 3, 2019 to May 15, 2019.

On April 27, 2019, Transimex Corporation successfully organized the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2018-2019, on the 3rd floor, Sheraton Saigon Hotel, 88 Dong Khoi, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, City. Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. At the meeting, the Board of Directors of Transimex Joint Stock Company reported to the General Meeting of Shareholders the following reports: Report of the Board of Directors; Business results in 2018 and approval of the business activities plan in 2019; Report of Supervisory Board, Election of Members. The Board of Directors replaced the resigned members and approved a number of related papers.

On April 23, 2019, Transimex Corporation attended the seminar "Enhancing connectivity to improve the value chain of agricultural and fishery products of the Mekong Delta". The seminar was held at Vinpearl Hotel, 209 30/4 Street, Ninh Kieu District, Can Tho City, organized by the People's Committee of Can Tho City in collaboration with Vietnam Logistics Business Association (VLA) function.
